The "Grande Ecole" format involves real requirements in terms of attendance and involvement in class, but also small class sizes for a pedagogy closer to the students
Practice at the heart of the educational project
The teachers are essentially practitioners or practical researchers with the desire to transmit their skills through a pedagogy that favors situations and operational cases to be treated.
The practice also involves the place given to internships and progressive professionalization with 2,600 hours (i.e. a year and a half) of professional immersion on the Bachelor + Master of Science cycles.
The opening at the start of the 2025 academic year of a training center dedicated to mental health will allow you in the final year of a Master of Science or Executive MSc to take care of patients under the supervision of experienced psychologists.
Expertise
The faculty includes many doctors in psychology to provide teaching at the cutting edge of research and many expert practitioners in their field.
Our research team works with the Scientific Committee to offer quality support to students in the development of their research dissertation, a prerequisite for considering a PhD.
The integrative approach
ESPÉ chooses a psychology open to different approaches. Students will thus be trained in psychoanalysis, existential psychology, and cognitive and behavioral therapies (CBT). The objective is to train psycho-practitioners capable of adapting their practices to the problems encountered with their patient.
In addition, the ESPÉ is open to the world of business and work. Social psychology and management psychology are very present throughout the programs.
International
Going international is a transformative experience and an accelerator of maturity. We want to allow each student to benefit from this opportunity through a university exchange, an internship or volunteering.
The international also goes through language courses throughout the programs to be able to support foreign populations or settle abroad.
The international will also be at the heart of our campus from the start of the 2025 academic year with the opening of a 100% English-speaking Bachelor's degree open to French and foreign students.
Entrepreneurship
Setting up a practice is already being an entrepreneur. The Master of Science courses will allow you to test your ideas with your classmates and your teachers and will allow you to open your structure once you have graduated by understanding the legal, marketing and strategic components associated with your project.
And it is also speakers from the new technologies and the start-up world who come to meet the students to share their passion and their experiences.
